About
Viel C. Ty is the founder of inResONEnce Integrated Arts LLC and Mobility Primed.
A lifelong martial arts enthusiast, she began her studies in Dangsudo / Tang Soo Do as a working adult. During a period of mixing a full-time job with a "weekend warrior" schedule, her training was often plagued with recurring but manageable restrictions until 2017 when she suffered a non-contact ACL complete rupture during a sparring tournament.
In an attempt to understand why the injury happened, her discoveries led to a passion to study curriculum progressions, martial arts history, and evidence-based sports and exercise science. At the core, she believed that there was a way to help someone else find longevity in the practice of martial arts, and even in the pursuit of fitness and recreation. And maybe after some trial and error, it was something worth sharing.

Our Mission
Our joint health impacts our daily activities: How we work, play, and care for our loved ones.
In a society that promotes “less is more”, “quantity over quality”, and “go hard or go home”, we experience chronic restrictions and injuries that sometimes never go away. Somehow, we stay in this cycle of injury, rehab, and work, and become dependent on professionals who perpetuate the cycle.
We want to put an end to this.
Our goal is to inspire continuous learning and self-discovery so that you graduate from our program with transferable tools for life. We want you to always rise above all challenges and continue to do the things you love freely and effectively.
Be PRIMED with education and context.
Learn how to ACT and solve movement problems.
Always RISE above all challenges to do the things you love freely and effectively.
